Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Shipping took far longer than expected, and communication throughout the process was very poor. When my order finally arrived, the T-shirts were the wrong size, which added to the frustration.

To make matters worse, I had an in-person interaction with the founder, who was unapproachable and unfriendly. During that interaction, I was told, “we don’t serve your kind,” in reference to the fact that I work a corporate job. I found this comment unprofessional and inappropriate for a business open to the public. The interaction overall came across as egotistical rather than humble or customer-focused.

Overall, I expected better service, professionalism, and accountability. I won’t be ordering again.
